Diogo António Cupido Gonçalves (born 6 February 1997) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a forward for Benfica B.
Club career
Born in in Almodôvar, Portugal, Gonçalves started his career at local club CD Almodôvar in 2005. In 2007, he joined FC Ferreiras. In 2008, Gonçalves joined S.L. Benfica youth system.
On 14 February 2015, after being promoted from the youth team, Gonçalves debuted for Benfica B, as a substitute, playing 20 minutes in a home win against Oliveirense (4–1) in Segunda Liga.[1]
