Dimitrios P. Giannakopoulos (alternate spellings: Dimitris, Giannacopoulos) (Greek: Δημήτρης Π. Γιαννακόπουλος) is a Greek businessman, and the owner of the Greek Basket League club Panathinaikos Athens.

Giannakopoulos founded the electronic media company DPG Group.
Vianex
Giannakopoulos is a part of the Giannakopoulos family, which owns the Greek pharmaceutical company Vianex. He is the son of Pavlos Giannakopoulos, and the nephew of Thanasis Giannakopoulos, who are the owners of Vianex. The family business in pharmaceuticals was originally started in 1924, by the grandfather of Dimitrios Giannakopoulos, who was also named Dimitrios Giannakopoulos. Then in 1951, Pavlos Giannakopoulos founded Vianex.[1] The company reported net sales of €240.2 million euros in 2012.[2]
Panathinaikos Athens
In 2012, Giannakopoulos took over control of the Greek Basket League club Panathinaikos Athens, after his father Pavlos, and his uncle Thanasis, had previously run the club.
