Digeridoo (EP)
Digeridoo is the first EP from Aphex Twin. All songs from both releases were re-released on the Classics compilation. "Digeridoo" was previously released under the AFX alias as "Digeridoo (Aboriginal Mix)" on Analogue Bubblebath 2.
Origin
A Didgeridoo is a well-known Australian aboriginal instrument, although it is misspelled on the cover. The Cover also depicts Uluru with the silhouette of a boomerang with the sky on it.
The track doesn't actually feature a didgeridoo, however, "eschewing samples, James labored for three days to concoct an electronic simulacrum of the primordial drone" (Simon Reynolds, Energy Flash).
