Dieterle stain

The Dieterle stain is a way of marking tissue for microscopic examination.

It is used to find the organisms that cause cat-scratch disease (Bartonella henselae) and syphilis (Treponema pallidum) and sensitive for mycobacterium tuberculosis.[1]
