Diego José Tobón Echeverri (born 26 October 1944) is a Colombian lawyer and diplomat. He served as Ambassador of Colombia to Russia. He presented his Letters of Credence to President of Russia Vladimir Putin on 27 July 2007,[1] and to President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on 12 December 2007.[2]
