Dhanbari (Bengali: ধনবাড়ী) is a newly formed Upazila of Tangail District in the Division of Dhaka, Bangladesh.[1][2]

Notable people of the Upazila include Nawab Ali Hasan Choudhury and Abdur Razzque MP.

Dhanbari has 7 Unions/Wards, 111 Mauzas/Mahallas, and 168 villages.

Education

The Upazila has 8 colleges, 27 high Schools, 16 madrasas, 45 government primary schools and 28 non-government primary schools.
