Wynton Allen Bernard (born September 24, 1990) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the Detroit Tigers organization.
Bernard was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 35th round of the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft out of Niagara University.[1] Before the 2014 season, he signed a minor league deal with the Detroit Tigers.[2] Playing for the West Michigan Whitecaps in 2014, he broke the teams single season hit record with 164.[3] He was added to the Tigers 40-man roster on October 31, 2014.
His brother, Walter Bernard, played in the National Football League. Bernard and his family appeared in the TV game show Family Feud in 2011.[4]

Bobby Borchering (born October 25, 1990) is a third baseman for the Detroit Tigers organization. He is a switch hitter and throws right-handed.
In high school Borchering had a .494 batting average with 38 hits, 37 RBIs, 9 doubles and 13 home runs at 77 at-bats in his senior year.[5]
In the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft, Borchering was selected 16th overall by the Arizona Diamondbacks, making him the fifth position player chosen in the draft.[6]
Borchering was traded to the Houston Astros along with Marc Krauss for Chris Johnson on July 29, 2012.[7][8] In 2013, he returned to the lower levels of the minor leagues following missed time due to a "confidential matter".[9]
He signed with the Detroit Tigers as a minor league free agent in February 2015.[10]

Daniel L. Fields (born January 23, 1991) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the Detroit Tigers organization.
Fields was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the sixth round of the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft out of University of Detroit Jesuit High School and Academy in Detroit Michigan.[11] Fields started his career with the High-A Lakeland Flying Tigers in 2010. He hit .240/.343/.371 with eight home runs. He spent the 2011 season with Lakeland hitting .220/.308/.326 with eight home runs. He again started the 2012 season with Lakeland but was promoted to Double-A Erie SeaWolves after hitting .266/.318/.357 with one home run in 62 games. In 29 games with Erie he hit .264/.352/.358 with two home runs. He spent the 2013 season with Erie, hitting .284/.356/.435.[12] He was added to the Tigers 40-man roster on November 20, 2013.[13]
Fields is the son of former MLB player, Bruce Fields.[14]

Grayson James Greiner (born October 11, 1992) is an American professional baseball catcher in the Detroit Tigers organization.
Greiner played college baseball for the University of South Carolina Gamecocks from 2012 to 2014. He played in 179 games during his career, hitting .278/.358/.435 with 18 home runs.
Greiner was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the third round of the 2014 Major League Baseball Draft.[15][16] He signed with the Tigers and made his professional debut with the West Michigan Whitecaps.[17] He played in 26 games before a broken hamate bone in his left wrist ended his season. He hit .322/.394/.444 with two home runs.[18]

Guido Joel Knudson (born August 5, 1989 in Bonita, California) is a minor league baseball pitcher currently in the Detroit Tigers organization.
Prior to playing professionally, Knudson attended Bonita Vista High School and then University of California-San Diego. During his tenure at the University, he pitched for the North Adams SteepleCats of the New England Collegiate Baseball League and he also played for the Woodstock River Bandits of the Valley Baseball League, earning an All-Star selection in 2009.[19][20] He earned All-West and All-CCAA honors in 2011.[21]
He was drafted by the Tigers in the 28th round of the 2011 Major League Baseball Draft and pitched for the GCL Tigers and Connecticut Tigers that year, posting a 3.42 ERA in 18 games. In 2012, he had a 3.86 mark in 16 games between the Lakeland Flying Tigers and West Michigan Whitecaps and in 2013, he had a 1.79 ERA in 42 games for the Whitecaps. Between Lakeland and the Erie SeaWolves in 2014, he had a 3.99 ERA with 7 saves in 40 appearances.[22] One observer noted he has a "slider that is about MLB average" and that he "may cut out an MLB career for himself."[23]

Austin Michael Kubitza (born November 16, 1991) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Detroit Tigers organization.
Kubitza attended Colleyville Heritage High School in Colleyville, Texas.[24] He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the seventh round of the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft. He did not sign and played college baseball at Rice University from 2011 to 2013.[25][26] In 2011, he was named the Most Outstanding Player at the Houston College Classic.[27] In three years, he went 20–14 with a 2.34 earned run average (ERA) and 309 strikeouts in 289 innings.
Kubitza was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the fourth round of the 2013 Major League Baseball Draft.[28] He signed with the Tigers and made his professional debut with the Gulf Coast Tigers and also played for the Lakeland Flying Tigers. Pitching for the West Michigan Whitecaps in 2014, Kubitza was named the Tigers Minor League Pitcher of the Year after going 10–2 with a 2.34 ERA.[29][30]
His brother, Kyle Kubitza, plays in the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization.[31]

Dixon Javier Machado Moreno (born February 22, 1992) is a Venezuelan professional baseball player in the Detroit Tigers organization.
The Tigers purchased Machado's contract after the 2012 season, adding him to their 40-man roster.[32] He was designated for assignment on December 4, 2013, to make room on the 40-man roster for Joe Nathan.[33] He was added to the 40-man roster again on November 20, 2014.[34]

Jefry Leonal Marte Paulino (born June 21, 1991) is a Dominican professional baseball in the Detroit Tigers organization.
Marte played for the St. Lucie Mets of the Class A-Advanced Florida State League in 2011[35] and the Binghamton Mets of the Class AA Eastern League in 2012. He participated in the All-Star Futures Game during the 2011 season and the Arizona Fall League after the 2011 season.[36]
He was traded to the Athletics from the Mets on December 18, 2012 in exchange for outfielder Collin Cowgill.[37]
On November 22, 2014, Marte signed a minor league contract with the Detroit Tigers.[38]

José Alfredo Valdez (born March 1, 1990) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher in the Detroit Tigers organization.
Valdez played for the Dominican Summer League Tigers from 2009 to 2011. He played for the Gulf Coast Tigers in 2012. He played the 2013 season with the West Michigan Whitecaps and the Lakeland Flying Tigers and was the closer for both teams.[39] He finished the season with 33 saves and a 2.74 earned run average. He was added to the Tigers 40-man roster on November 20, 2013.[13]
