Derek Jones is an American musician from Lake Forest, California.[1]He is the rhythm guitarist for Falling in Reverse

History

Derek Jones born in Lake Forest, California and currently live in Las Vegas. In 2008 he joined the band A Smile from the Trenches and had only credits in A Smile from the Trenches EP.[2][3] Later the band released their debut new album called, Leave the Gambling for Vegas, through DC Records, on October 13, 2009.[4] In 2010, A Smile from the Trenches announced the departure of Derek Jones. Later in 2010, he joined Falling in Reverse and with the band he released the album The Drug in Me Is You on July 26, 2011.[5] Falling in Reverse entered the studio in mid 2012 and released their second album Fashionably Late on June 18, 2013. Falling in Reverse released their third album Just Like You on February 24, 2015.

Derek plays with a Charvel Desolation DC-2, Rosewood Fingerboard, Transparent Blue Smear. Also with Skatecaster SK-1 ST, Rosewood Fingerboard, Transparent Red and a DS-1 ST, Rosewood Fingerboard, Flat Black.
