The Department of Supply and Shipping was an Australian government department that existed between October 1942 and April 1948.

Structure

The Department was an Australian Public Service department, staffed by officials who were responsible to the Minister for Supply and Shipping, initially Jack Beasley (until February 1945) and subsequently Bill Ashley.[1]
