Dennis Phua (born July 22, 1985) is the Executive Director of Singapore company Azione Capital and the Chief Operating Officer of Ave&Partners, a management consulting and private equity firm.[1]

Phua writes for and is quoted in The Straits Times,[2][3] ZDNet Asia[4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11] and Asian Banking & Finance,[1][12][13][14] particularly on matters related to venture capital.

Personal life

Phua has a financially humble family background. He was educated at Raffles Institution and Raffles Junior College, now integrated with Raffles Institution.[15] Phua is a Council Member of the Old Rafflesians’ Association[15] and volunteers as a Scout Leader.[16]
