In recent years the Dolphins and Lady Dolphins have enjoyed success on many playing fields. The baseball team has won the ACL South Championship in 4 of the last 6 years. The football team won the league championship for the first time in 47 years in 2007, and then won it again in 2010 andgue outright for the second straight year, and advanced to the MIAA Division 2A State Playoffs. The Dolphins eventually won the Division 2A State Championship against Wakefield by a score of 35-0, and completed an undefeated season at 13-0. They were also ranked as the #4 high school football team in Massachusetts in 2011.

In 2013, the football team once again qualified for the MIAA State Playoffs, advancing all the way to the Division 4 State Championship game, which they lost to Doherty of Worcester by a heartbreaking score of 28-26. The football team finished the season with 10-3 record.
