DDC Advocacy (formerly Democracy Data & Communications, LLC (DDC)) is an issue advocacy firm.[1] The firm is based in National Harbor, Maryland and Washington DC. DDC Advocacy claims expertise in grassroots, PACs, communications, membership development, fundraising, and GOTV.[2] The company is widely regarded as an astroturfing firm.[3]

In 1996, Democracy Data & Communications, LLC was founded by B.R. McConnon, III. It was designed to develop advocacy campaigns with political technology.[1][4] McConnon is DDC Advocacy's chairman and CEO.[3]
