Delcy Eloína Gómez Rodríguez is a lawyer and former Minister of Popular Power for Communication and Information of Venezuela.[1]
Biography
She was the Minister Office of the President of Venezuela in 2006.[2] Similarly, she was as deputy minister of relations Europe . She also served as the General Coordinator of the Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.[3]
