Delbarestivale, Delbard Estivale, Delcorf Estivale, Monidel, Dalili, Ambassy[1] or simple Estivale are all referring to one supreme cultivar of domesticated apple, which was developed by the Delbard nursery in France.

This cultivar is a very good early or mid season apple, a descendant of Golden Delicious and Stark Jonagrimes, and ancestor for Delrouval, Delprim and Zari. It is very much recommended for fresh eating, sweet and sharp. Has earned the Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society of year 1998.[2]

This apple tastes similar Cox's Orange Pippin besides that it more light fleshed, extremely crisp and have a sharp sweetness. They bruise easy.[1]
