Dean Milwain (born 18 October 1986 in Derby, United Kingdom) is a retired British freestyle swimmer.
Milwain represented Great Britain at the 2008 Summer Olympics in the 400 m freestyle swimming event. He was in the English team that won the 4x 200m freestyle relay at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
He is now the co-owner of Sheffield clothing label Skull And Bones Boys Club (SABBC).
