Dean-Charles Chapman (born 7 September 1997) is an English actor of theatre, film, and television.

Chapman is arguably best-known for his portrayal of the protagonist, Billy, in Billy Elliot the Musical, and his role as Tommen Baratheon in the fourth and fifth seasons of the hit HBO television show Game of Thrones.

Chapman started off playing the role of "Small Boy", and went on to play the character of Michael, Billy's best friend. After Chapman's role as Michael was successful, he was promoted to play the protagonist Billy. Chapman is the second longest serving cast member of the production, and the longest serving "Billy".[3]
