The DeRochmont House is a historic house at 2-4 Rangeley Road in Winchester, Massachusetts. The 2.5 story brick house was built c. 1876, and is one of several such houses built by David Skilling on his Rangeley estate. The walls are made of polychromatic (principally red and black) brick, and there is complex massing of gables and dormers, with vergeboard decoration.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
