Davina Stephens

Davina Stephens is a New Zealand artist living in India and Indonesia.

Born in Wellington in 1968 she later emigrated with her mother to Asia growing up in Bali and Goa. Davina attended Woodstock School and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Davina's work is heavily inspired by the Balinese and Indian cultures.[1][2] Her early paintings are characterized by their bright and bold 'pop' style in oil and acrylic paints while her newer work is more subdued in pastels, block prints, and watercolors. Davina has exhibited in India, Indonesia, France, Australia, and the United States.[3]
