David W. Floyd (born October 2, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 50[2] since January 2005.

Education

Floyd earned his BS from the United States Air Force Academy, and his MA in aeronautics from Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University.
