David Birnbaum (born April 8, 1956 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian politician in Quebec, who was elected to the National Assembly of Quebec in the 2014 election.[1] He represents the electoral district of D'Arcy-McGee as a member of the Quebec Liberal Party.
Prior to his election to the legislature, Birnbaum served as director-general of the Quebec English School Board Association, of Alliance Quebec and of the Quebec chapter of the Canadian Jewish Congress.[2]
