David Bank
Dr. David E. Bank is a dermatologist in New York, USA. He is the founder and Director of The Center for Dermatology, Cosmetic and Laser Surgery in Mt. Kisco, NY. He serves as the President of the New York State Society for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery .
Life and career
Dr. Bank received his BA in philosophy from Yale University in 1981 before receiving his MD from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1985. In 1989 Dr. Bank completed his residency in dermatology at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital and Medical Center and in 1999 became a staff member at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital serving as Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology.
In 1989 Dr. Bank founded The Center for Dermatology, Cosmetic and Laser Surgery.
Dr. Bank has been a lead investigator in Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clinical trials since 2004 and an expert witness for the Federal Trade Commission since 2000. In 2001, Dr. Bank served as President of the Westchester County Medical Society. He is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association, and American Society of Liposuction Surgery.
Personal life
Dr. Bank shares his time between Mount Kisco, NY and East Hampton, NY with his wife and two sons.
