David Armstrong (director)
David Armstrong (Director) is the Executive Producer and Artistic Director of The 5th Avenue Theatre[1] in Seattle where he has directed productions of Candide,[2] Sweeney Todd,[3] HAIR,[4] A Little Night Music,[5] Company,[6] Hello, Dolly!,[7] Anything Goes,[8] MAME,[9] Pippin,[10] The Secret Garden,[11] Vanities,[12] White Christmas,[13] The Rocky Horror Show,[14] Yankee Doodle Dandy[15] and Saving Aimee[16].
Mr. Armstrong’s has directed and choreographed several shows in New York, Los Angeles and at regional theaters including The Kennedy Center and Paper Mill Playhouse. As a writer he has created the books for the musical Yankee Doodle Dandy!, as well as several musicals for Theatreworks/USA including A Christmas Carol.
