Darshan Kumar

Darshan Kumar is an Indian film actor who prominently works in Bollywood. He is mostly known for his works in Mary Kom film.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Kumar was born in New Delhi, India. At the age of 24, he move to Mumbai and worked with Sahej theatre group for five years[7] and later with Motley Productions where he met and learned from Naseeruddin Shah for next 10 years.[8] Kumar was offered to attend audition for the 'Mary Kom' film by the casting director of the film.[9][10] Kumar's first movie was NH10 with Anushka Sharma but it was Mary Kom with Priyanka Chopra that was released first.[11][12]
