In 2010, the number of employees had doubled[1] from 30 to 60, with carbon trading added to the company’s activities. In 2011 the company added renewables and accreditation services.

2012 saw the acquisition of a cogeneration plant at the Technical University of Denmark, north of Copenhagen.

In March 2013, dc announced the formation of a new Board, chaired by founder Henrik Lind. In August 2013 dc opened its office in Hamburg.
