Danny Sullivan, nicknamed Dragonslayer, is a fictional footballer on Sky One's television drama Dream Team.
He has been in the show since series 5 although originally credited as Danny Husband for a while. His character was more or less a bit character until series 9 when a huge explosion killed all but three of the squad. During series 9 his marriage with Kim Sullivan (with whom he has two twins) ends after he is caught playing away with club secretary Amy Kerrigan. At the end of the series Harchester United win the FA Cup against Arsenal. In series 10 Danny loses the captaincy to Liam MacKay and is loaned out to Southend United. Whilst on loan Danny sustains a career-ending injury. He returns to Harchester full of malice towards manager Jimmy Craig. He does this by framing Jason Porter of being Dragonslayer; this fails however and during the Harchester United's final match against Chelsea he knocks Jimmy Craig unconscious and attempts to set him alight but fortunately his wife shows up to stop him just in time. In the end he was seen defeated walking past the premiership trophy.
