Daniel Yéboah Tétchi (born 13 November 1984 in Dabou) is an Ivorian football goalkeeper. He currently plays for French club Dijon.[2]
Career
Yeboah used to be ASEC’s second choice goalkeeper until 2009. In recent times, he has improved his skills to the extent of outclassing the first choice ‘keeper of the club, Vincent Angban. Excellent stops, game reading, good communication with his defence and he shows some classic shot-stopping abilities reminiscent of Alain Gouaméné, one of Africa’s legendary goalkeepers.
International career
Yeboah was part of the Côte d'Ivoire U-20 Team on the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship in United Arab Emirates.
Yeboah was the first domestic based player to be picked for an Ivory Coast World Cup squad in 2010.
