Dalcha also known as Kaddu ka Dalcha is an Hyderabadi, Indian stew made from mutton, chana dal and Tamarind. It is a dish of Hyderabadi cuisine.[1]
The other variety, Kaddu ka Dalcha, is also a popular Hyderabadi dish.[2]
