DYSA-AM
Radio San Agustin DYSA-AM 1053 kHz Iloilo City is an AM station owned and operated by ADG Ang Diyos Gugma Media under the Catholic Media Network in the Philippines.DYSA-AM studio is located at Iloilo Sport Complex, Iloilo City. The main format of the station is music, news, public service, drama, sports, educational and religious format design for all. Its FM station is Z100 University at 100.7 mHz in Iloilo City.
History
- December 30, 1965 - DYSA-AM 1053 was inaugurated by the Spanish Ambassador to the Philippines. DySA was established by the Augustinian Priests as the radio station of the University of San Agustin in Iloilo city, the oldest University in Western Visayas. DYSA was primarily a music station but also featured news, education programs, and religious (primarily Catholic) broadcasts.
- 1979 - DYSA-FM 100.7 first broadcast and makes the pioneer FM station of Iloilo City and "makes the difference".
- 1989 - DYSA went off air.
- 2010 - Recently, DYSA is now an affiliate of the Radio Mindanao Network.
- August 2014 - Return on air. As ADG (Ang Diyos Gugma) Station. Under Catholic Media Network.
