Jacob Charles Osher,[1][2] (born June 6, 1982),[1][2] more popularly known as Jayceeoh, is a American DJ, record producer and remixer.

Career (2013 - Present)

Jayceeoh was crowned champion of VH1′s “Master of the Mix” TV show after ten (10) episodes in 2013.[3][4] He made it to the finals with Chris Karns and DJ Incrediboi, capturing the crown of "Master of the Mix".[5] Since winning the TV show, Jayceeoh has released multiple records/remixes, including one for HBO's Boardwalk Empire Remix Project.[6] He also self-released "Till A Boy Get Kill,"[7] an original record, as well as 3 brand sponsored mixtapes, including the official mix for the iHeartRadio Festival 2013.[8][9]

Brand ambassador for SOL Republic Headphones[10] and Smirnoff, Jayceeoh has provided the sounds for some of the most well known brands in sports, entertainment, and fashion alike, including, but not limited to: X-Games, Myspace,[11] OK! Magazine, Burton, Nike, Red Bull, McDonalds,[12] Adidas, Oakley, Comedy Central, Warner Bros. Records, and Playboy. He has been spotlighted in multiple magazines, periodicals, and websites including, but not limited to: OK! Magazine, The Source, Complex Magazine, Vibe, MTV.com, Examiner, VH1.com,[13] The New Yorker, New York Press, Village Voice, New York Post, Perezhilton.com, URB, Remix, Tablist and Boston Globe.[14]

In the club circuit and live performance realm, Jayceeoh has maintained residencies for years across North America.[15] He’s also been afforded the opportunity to play in over 32 countries world wide and performed at iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas in September 2013.[15][16] Prior to 2013, Jayceeoh was the official tour DJ for Special Teamz (Slaine, Ed O.G., Jaysaun]]), Sammy Adams and Wiz Khalifa,[17] and has performed alongside and worked with the likes of Bassnectar, Krewella, Pete Tong, The Bloody Beetroots, A-Trak, Miley Cyrus, Jazzy Jeff,[18] Kid Capri, Kennedy Jones, and others.[19][20] He's rocked some of the top parties/events across North America including "Do-Over," "Dark Disco," "iHeartComix," "Red Cup," and "Wildlife."[15] Outside of the Hollywood and Los Angeles market, Jayceeoh can be found frequently at some of the most premier venues in Las Vegas, Punta Cana, Cancun, San Francisco, Reno, Dallas, San Diego, Chicago, Scottsdale, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and Seattle.[15]

In addition to touring and heavy original production, he is also the creator of one of the most renowned and successful DJ mixtape series of all time, “Super 7,” which is a collaboration of some of the best DJ talent in the world. The Super 7 Series is critically acclaimed and has become an institution in the International DJ community.[9][14][18]

Life and Career (early years)

Jayceeoh spent his high school years at the now infamous Taylor Allderdice High School in Pittsburgh, PA. Allderdice alumni include Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller and the founders of their label, Rostrum Records.[21][22] Throughout Wiz Khalifa’s ascent to hip-hop’s elite, Jayceeoh held down Wiz and the Taylor Gang with mixtape features as well as being his special occasion tour DJ.[21][22]

In January 2011, Jayceeoh won 1st place at the National McDonalds Flavor Battle Finals.[12] In December 2011, Jayceeoh was recruited by Sony/RCA recording artist Sammy Adams to be his official tour DJ for his major label debut.[17][22] Soon after connecting with Sammy, they toured clubs and arenas alongside some of today’s biggest Pop stars. They have also made national TV performances on Conan O'Brien and 90210.[21]
