DEGAS and DEGAS Elite (Design & Entertainment Graphic Arts System) are bitmap graphics editors created by Tom Hudson for the Atari ST and published by Batteries Included.[1][2][3][4][4] Antic magazine published winners of an art competition for those using the software in July 1986.[5]
