It is powered by a Renault-sourced, 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine producing 250 bhp. Transmission is a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. The Avanti weighs 1562 kg. The car is currently at the production stage

Development & Design

Almost every type of element is used in its manufacturing. The engineers have used revolutionary carbon fiber inside and outside that makes it lightweight and strong.

Interior

DC Avanti is a two seater sports car manufactured with leather also. This material is used on the doors, dashboard, seats and space between the seats. The instrument cluster, steering wheel and more noticeably and AC are all basic units.[1]

Exterior

The headlamps of Avanti are bi-xenon units while there are LED DRLS shaped like eyebrows for the headlamps. For massive air intake, a bunch of foils are designed at the back of DC Avanti. It also has a long and low bonnet that dips in the middle giving prominence to the DC Logo and a single air vent located on top.[1]

Engine & Gearbox

The engine drives the rear wheels via a six speed manual transmission.[1]
