The Czech national basketball team is the national basketball team representing Czech Republic. Czech Republic are one of the newest national basketball teams in the world, having split from the Czechoslovakia national basketball team after the dissolution of the unified state in 1993, with the Slovakia national basketball team continuing as the successor of the Czechoslovak team.

At Eurobasket 1999 in France Czech national team took 12th place after beating Lithuania and Greece in the group phase. Luboš Bartoň became 2nd best scorer of the tournament (18.7 points per game).
