Česká Miss (English: Czech Miss) is an annual national beauty pageant that selects Czech Republic's representatives to participate globally. The winner of Česká Miss vies in Miss Universe, Česká Miss World winner participates in Miss World, and Česká Miss Earth winner competes in Miss Earth pageant.[1]
History
Česká Miss was established in 2005 and is organized and produced by Michaela Maláčová, Miss Czechoslovakia 1991 and director of Miss Marketing s.r.o.The pageant used to select one winner to represent the country in Miss Universe from 2005-2009 while the first runner up traditionally participated in Miss Earth pageant.[2] In 2010 Česká Miss and its rival pageant, Miss České Republiky merged under the direction of Maláčová where two winners were selected.[3] The Česká Miss 2010 winner competed in Miss Universe 2010 and Česká Miss World 2010 vied in Miss World 2010 while the first runner up competed in Miss Earth 2010 pageant. Since 2011 the pageant selects three winners: Česká Miss, Česká Miss World, and Česká Miss Earth to compete in Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss Earth respectively.[2][4][5]
In 2012 was a big success. For the first time Czech Miss produced the first international winner Miss Earth 2012 Tereza Fajksová.

The Czech Republic was debuted in 1993. Began in 2005, traditionally, the winner of Česká Miss represents her country at the Miss Universe pageant. On occasion, when the winner does not qualify (due to age) for either contest, a runner-up is sent.
Before creation of Česká Miss, the official candidate for Miss Universe pageant will select by Miss Czech Republic winner. Czech Republic did not compete at the Miss Universe only in 1994.

The Czech Republic was debuted in 1993. Began in 2010, traditionally, the second title of Česká Miss or called as Česká Miss World represents her country at the Miss World pageant.
Before join of Česká Miss, the official candidate for Miss World pageant will select by Miss Czech Republic 1st Runner-up until 2004 and after the pageant lost franchise of Miss Universe in 2005, the official winner will be competing at the pageant but it was running until 2009.

The Czech Republic was debuted in 2002. Began in 2005, before the official license of Miss World in 2010 traditionally, the second title of Česká Miss or called as Česká Miss Earth represents her country at the Miss Earth pageant.
In 2010, third title of Česká Miss or called as Česká Miss Earth will be competing at Miss Earth pageant. Czech Republic did not compete in 2003-2004.
