The smooth shore crab, Cyclograpsus lavauxi, is a marine large-eyed crab of the family Varunidae (formerly in Grapsidae), found in New Zealand and the Juan Fernández Islands of Chile.[1] The carapace width is up to 28 millimetres (1.1 in).[1]
