Cyborg Cop II

Cyborg Cop II is a 1994 action adventure film starring David Bradley, Morgan Hunter, Jill Pierce and Victor Melleney. It was directed by Sam Firstenberg and written by Jon Stevens and Sam Firstenberg. It is a sequel to Cyborg Cop.

Plot

Jack, a loner cop loses his partner to a crazed terrorist during a hostage rescue. He settles for the terrorist going to Death Row. What Jack doesn't know is that the terrorist was turned into a cyborg for a special "Anti-Terrorist Group".

When the new cyborg "Spartacus" accidentally wakes up, he kills the scientists and many others. He then plans to set up a new Cyborg Empire. Only Jack and a few friends know how to stop him.
