Cwm Teigl Halt railway station

Cwm Teigl Halt was a railway station in North Wales, opened by the Great Western Railway on the standard gauge Bala Ffestiniog Line. It closed to passenger services on 2 January 1960, and all that remains of the halt is the platform edge.

The track is still in place (being the disused track retained in connection with the Trawsfynydd nuclear power station). As of 2012, there were proposals for using the rails as a recreational velorail track.[1]
