Curry beef triangle is a type of Chinese pastry.[1][2] It is one of the standard pastries in Hong Kong. It is much more rare in Chinatown bakery shops. Depending on the store, it may not be a standard everyday selection at all. These, along with other savoury pastries (pork, chicken filling) can be found in bakeries near Orchard Street in Manhattan, where it appears to be available daily. It should not be confused with the Malaysian and Singaporean curry puff.

The pastry is shaped in a half-moon crescent. It has curry beef filling in the center and is also crunchy. The outer shell is thick and flaky.
