Crudo
For the Chilean raw beef dish, see Crudos.
In Italian, "crudo" means "raw". In Italian cuisine this word can be used with a lot of food: "pesce crudo" means "raw fish", "carne cruda" means "raw meat" for example the Steak Tartare, is made with "carne cruda", and more.
