Crestwood High School or CHS is a public four-year high school in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. It was founded in 1964 and is located on Beech Daly Road between Ford Road and Cherry Hill Road. It is a part of the Crestwood School District.

CHS is a member of the Western Wayne Athletic Conference. The Chargers have a strong tradition in athletics. Their primary rivals are Fordson High School, Dearborn High School, and Garden City High School.
Notable alumni
- Pete Stoyanovich, an American football placekicker who played with the Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Rams in the NFL.
- Gary Wayne, a Major League Baseball left-handed pitcher who was a member of the inaugural 1993 Colorado Rockies team.
- Garrett Clayton, an actor, singer, and dancer. He is best known for portraying Tanner in Teen Beach Movie, a Disney Channel Original Movie directed by Jeffrey Hornaday.
- Chris Tamer, an NHL hockey player with the Pittsburgh Penguins from 1993-1998 and the Atlanta Thrashers from 1999-2004.
