CrawlTrack is an open source web analytics program for webmasters.
Functionality
- Web site statistics, giving the number and origin of visitors (referrer, keyword used, country of origin, etc.), pages viewed and bounce rate.
- Crawler visits statistics (indexing by crawlers such as GoogleBot), hits number and pages viewed by crawlers.
- Indexation in the main search engines follow-up (backlinks and indexed pages).
- Recording and blocking of certain types of hacking attempts (code injection or SQL injection).
- Download counter.
- Record of number and origin of 404 errors.
The script has to be installed on the webmaster's own server, so that s/he keeps control of the data. Several sites can be audited by the same CrawlTrack installation. The tag used is a PHP one, giving absolutely no output in the source code (and hence neither on the site's pages).
The script is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Turkish.
