Crambus trichusalis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Hulst in 1886.[1] It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alberta, Saskatchewan, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota.[2] The habitat consists of grasslands.

The wingspan is 24-27 mm. The forewings are yellowish grey with a thin stripe along the anal margin and one below the costa, as well as a terminal line with four to five black dots. Adults are on wing from July to September.

The larvae probably feed on grasses.[3]
