Craig Switzer (born October 16, 1984) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenseman who currently plays for the Nikko Icebucks of the Asia League Ice Hockey (ALIH).
Switzer played collegiate hockey for the University of New Hampshire Wildcats from 2004-2008.
Switzer was selected by the Nashville Predators in the 9th round (275th overall) of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. He went on to play for the Las Vegas Wranglers in the ECHL, and after a brief stint in the AHL with the San Antonio Rampage, he previously played in Innsbruck, Austria for HC TWK Innsbruck, before moving to the ALIH.[1]
During the summer he skates in Exeter, NH with the Seacoast 5030s.
