Cory Quirk (born July 3, 1986) is an American professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing for SønderjyskE Ishockey in the Danish AL-Bank Ligaen, the top league in Denmark. Past European teams include Starbulls Rosenheim, JYP Jyväskylä, and Hannover Scorpions.
Before beginning his European career, Quirk played in the American Hockey League for both The Albany River Rats and The Worcester Sharks.
Quirk attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he majored in Psychology. He finished his collegiate career as the program's all-time games played leader and became the eighth player in UMass history to score at least 100 points, ranking him sixth all-time.
Before attending college, Quirk played for the Waterloo Blackhawks of the USHL where he was named Rookie of the Year and received an award for his community service. He also graduated from Catholic Memorial High School ( Boston, Mass.) where his team won state championship three of his four years.
