Corn Island (Georgian: სიმინდის კუნძული Transliteration: simindis k'undzuli) is a 2014 Georgian drama film directed by Giorgi Ovashvili. It has been selected as the Georgian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 87th Academy Awards,[1] making the January Shortlist.[2] The film won the Crystal Globe prize at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.[3]
