Coptosoma scutellatum on Onobrychis
Coptosoma scutellatum is a species of true bugs belonging to the family Plataspididae, subfamily Plataspidinae.
Size is about 4–5 mm. Scutellum covers the abdomen and tarsus is bipartite.
It is found in most Europe. It is one of the four European species of Coptosoma, most of other being restricted to Asia and Ethiopia.
