The conjugate method is a multi-faceted method of rotating and linking special exercises that are close in nature to one another.

Purpose of the Conjugate Method

The purpose of the Conjugate Method is to handle max lifts while still allowing the muscle to have ample recovery, in turn avoiding overtraining the central nervous system (CNS). The "Conjugate Method" does this by using a complex method of rotating special exercises that are close in nature, to the power lifts.
