The Congregational Church building in Southbridge, Massachusetts is a high Victorian Gothic Revival brick structure at 61 Elm Street. It is the only such church in Southbridge. It was built in 1885 to replace an earlier (1822) wood frame structure on the same site whose steeple was felled by a storm. (The old building was moved down the street and later burned down.) This church lost its steeple in the 1938 New England hurricane, and was not replaced.[2]

The new building was built at a cost of $17,500 and dedicated on September 4, 1885. Its massing is typically complex for a Gothic church, but it lacks some of the verticality that such churches often exhibit, especially since it lost its steeple. It has characteristic steep pitch roofs, pinnacle ornaments, and stained glass windows.[1] It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
