Concepción Tutuapa (Spanish pronunciation: [konsepˈsjon tuˈtwapa]) is a municipality in the San Marcos department of Guatemala. It had 49,363 inhabitants according to the census of 2002 and of 2010 there is a total of 59,063 inhabitants.
