Complications is an upcoming American drama television series created by Matt Nix.[2] A ten-episode first season will premiere on USA Network on June 18, 2015.[1][3]

Development and production
Matt Nix directed the pilot episode. In March 2014, USA Network ordered the pilot to series.[5] Production began in September 2014 in Atlanta, Georgia.[4]
