Colonial Village is an affluent residential neighborhood in northwest Washington, D.C. It is bounded by Portal Drive to the north, 16th Street to the east, and Rock Creek Park to the west and south. Colonial Village and the rest of Ward 4 are represented in the Council of the District of Columbia by the Ward 4 Council member.

The neighborhood is suburban in character, full of winding streets, detached houses on large lots, and open space.
